Moser Architects, PLLC was founded in 2009 by Sarah Riddlemoser, AIA. Sarah's passion for the way people interact with their environment is evident in her award winning designs. She creates innovative ways to layer spaces and improve flow within a home while utilizing the footprint and improving neighborhood character.

Graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Sarah’s entire career has been related to residential projects including custom homes, whole home renovations, large additions and interior transformations. She began her professional career with Case Design Remodeling, Inc, a large design/build firm learning valuable field experience and honing her love for detailed design. In 2000 she joined a well-respected architectural firm Moore Architects, P.C in Alexandria, VA where she completed a wide range of residential work resulting in thoughtful design, impeccable details and meticulous construction drawings.

Sarah's work has received numerous awards including the American Institute of Architects' (AIA) Award of Excellence, Custom Home Magazine's "Grand Award" for custom home design, and Builder's Choice "Grand Award" for whole house makeover. Moser Architects, PLLC has been voted Best of Arlington in 2018, Best of Northern Virginia in 2023 and 2024 and has won both Best of Houzz Design and Best of Houzz Service awards every year since 2020.
